Thin module over praxo-bridge following spec/bridge.md.

Set PRAXO_BRIDGE_BIN to use a prebuilt binary. Otherwise the module runs go run ./cmd/praxo-bridge.

The module preserves stdout JSON and throws when the bridge exits non-zero.
